As you know this is a really open ended question.
DD has had good luck with her Akadema glove. For OF I would say 12.5" - 13".

Member casedawg51 will set you up with Vinci, this might be the last glove she ever needs to purchase so it might be worth spending the money for a top on the line glove.

Each brand is a little different. One 12.5" glove will look bigger or smaller than another brands 12.5" rather than looking the same.
DD uses a 12.5 Nokona. Took a while to break in but she didn't take any short cuts. This glove should last a long time.
