Fleeman Change up

I just read an article about change ups and the author mentioned the Fleeman change up grip. How is this change up done? Author wrote this was her favorite.

Its a myth! A change up is a change up no matter if you are gripping the ball with 1 finger, 3 fingers, all 5 fingers or just knuckles. Presenting the pitch as any other pitch without tipping the batter is how the psychology and effectiveness of the changeup works. Knowing when to throw the Changeup and in what situation through the batting order as well as location and suprising with a changeup when a fastball is expected makes it effective................but if you find out let me know because I have heard of this grip but have never met someone that could show me.
