I'm a 10U coach and will have regular fitness sessions for the girls in the winter. I have a trainer who will work with them every other week and want to incorporate a small station during hitting workouts to have the girls doing some work. I was thinking of having the following EQ available:
- Speed Ladder
- Jump Ropes
- Light Medicine Balls - for trunk twists, maybe burpees with a lift at the end.
- Light Resistance Bands - for light shoulder raises

What else might you suggest?

Good stuff...only thing more we have used is a pull up bar, but if you have something to hook the bands to, the same exercises can be done. Isn't off season exciting? The potentials...

IMO nutrition can greatly change the off season for the good, or the bad.
