Finally figured out what "Trust the Process" means

When a school/college coach tells a girl to "Trust the process" it really means "Wait for inferior upperclassmen at your position to graduate."

Somewhat tongue-in-check, but also backed a lot of frustration. Daughter is experiencing the same thing freshman year of college that she did freshman year of high school. College ball is political as well. This too shall pass.
