Fences

One park we play in is on artificial turf and it's just stupid when they don't put up the fences. They have them at that park, but they cost a lot to have them put up so some TD's don't.

This is the worst. A hard ground ball or a line drive in the gap can roll forever and is a home run. I have instructed my girls not to play chase on these balls when there is no chance. It's similar to driving a golf ball on a frozen lake. When instructed by blue to have my outfielder return the ball, my reply is to have the TD install some temp fences. Thankfully they have finally done so.
