College Recruiting Profile Sheet

At a recent college showcase that my DD attended, I noticed that most girls were handing out (or had available) recruiting profile sheets. I would like to make one for my DD for a showcase tournament that she has been invited to play in. Does anyone have a good one that they would send my way? I don't have a way to edit PDFs so I would need it to be in some sort of Microsoft Office format.

Ya I don't want to give that impression DD's is the "end-all" in any way too. But with DD getting "hired" something worked right

I still think it was her game-time video of CO All-Stars that I did embed the link on her resume after her sophomore year. DD got all kinds of interest once I did that,....sort of bucking the thought that coaches don't watch long-ish gametime video.....
