Hey all, CJ with 643 Texas Fastpitch. after about a dozen years coaching at various levels, I discovered this site and looking forward to bouncing ideas off ya'll. I've coached rec and travel ball 6-18U and unofficially some High School ball for last few years. Yeah, I AM Daddy ball - or at least that's what got me started. Anymore, if my daughter doesn't tell the players she's my kid, they won't figure it out, so, it works great. Daughter graduates HS and onto College this summer, but, I intend to continue to coach at the travel and HS level. I see a lot and willing to comment a lot on what NOT to do based on both personal lessons learned and watching others around me. But, always looking for ways to learn/improve, etc. Got something - hit me up! Happy to share where I can.

Before we had kids I used to say that with my wife's looks and my brains they'd have it made. Of course I never said that around my wife.
