Picture starts with both feet touching rubber then steps back before the potch ? Is this an illegal pitch ?. Before my girl starts All-Stars in two weeks I need to know. Thanks Coach Grady

Neither ASA or USSSA allow the pitcher to step back in her delivery.

Maybe they do, but they're not the only ones. High school/NFHS also allows this.
