Can you use composite bats in Dixie softball?

Found this answer in a previous post.

"Dixie is a private league from the south (Alabama area) they are not affiliated with asa, nsa, usssa, etc.... you need to contact your local league administrator and get a list of banned bats. However, most leagues will follow the asa banned list. So try to look for the asa certified 2004 sticker for a start."

We play Dixie Youth and U8 and under are aluminum. U10 and over allow composite
