One thing I do like with what I see here is that it will clearly train that drive leg to continue to work/thrust during the drive rather than simply act like a post for the stride leg to swing around. It's harder to get pitchers to continue thrusting with that drive leg than it is to get them me get their stride leg out. Thus, we tend to see far too many pitchers who under-utilize their thrust.

Clearly, the pitcher in the above clip is THRUSTING with her drive leg rather than just creating a post for her stride leg to swing around.
