Any suggestions in switching from 11 in to 12 in ball.

Here in the central time zone we just made the switch and never looked back. Shouldn't be any different in the pacific time zone either.

Have her pitch with a 14" ball for a day or so, then hand her a 12" ball. It will feel small and she'll think she's throwing 80 (so will her dad).

I thought I had some smaller balls in one of the buckets I grabbed to go practice with my youngest. They were all twelve inch balls and she's an 8yr old. She threw a few into the dirt but was hitting the strike zone after a few pitches with the larger ball. I don't think it's that big of an adjustment.
