Wow - really works that front arm up and keeps the barrel moving in the correct plane. Great hands.

Good posture and launch position. Good hands because she has a nice swing. She has good geometries.

Anyone thing she might do better to keep barrel more vertical at launch here? Not saying it's anything that she should change, as she's doing just fine, but from a learning standpoint, is her barrel flatter (and arguably less ideal) than most top hitters?

Good rythm and tempo. Nice FBC. I love the hands starting position. Good swing to prove you can have a low back elbow. Although it's not the way many/most hitters do it with the back elbow.

I like the hands to be infront of the back shoulder and above the back shoulder. Then the hands load down/back/up. I think it a mechanical advantage to loading in this manner. Your more likely to being loaded as the swing begins because there is some walking away from the hands or backwards loading or overlap.

I really like this swing, good clip to look at.

Look at how the hips pop through the back leg/foot. Foot pops up.
