It seems to me like she is not getting the ball back far enough before she throws. Not sure thats the best way to describe it or not. She plays league and TB makes great short throws from 2nd base but struggles making good strong throws from SS or 3rd
Things to look for
Throwing arm elbow even with the shoulder or higher
Step out flexed lead knee
Glove hand being pulled in to help with tork
Hips lead upper body
Throwing arm does not stop and releases to opposite side thigh
