I have learned that the 24 Hour Rule applies to this forum too.

(14U, we do not have anyone who has caught before and no one showed any interest. I don't like rules)

Ladies, our catcher will play the whole game, everyone else will not. Is there anyone interested in catching?

I am pretty sure C is going to be the most important position on the field for us this year, I am not sure the coaches or players are going to figure it out until the games start.

She play anywhere but C, she can be a little slow backing up when she plays OF. Like RF, backing up first.

She can catch the ball, just doesn't have great range.

C causes by far the most stress on her feet, pitch after pitch.

Yikes!

My older dd played volleyball and she had foot issues. Her freshman year about 2 weeks before the season was to start she was limping badly. We found out she snapped a metatarsal in half. She missed her entire freshman year of volleyball. We had to get her specially made inserts from that point on. They weren't cheap but they helped immensely. She never had a problem playing a sport wearing those inserts.

We have tried everything, including your suggestion. Specialist, physical therapy, etc.

Softball is the last sport standing because it is the easiest on her feet.

Coaches, including MS coaches, do not have her run in practice and try to save her for games.

It was going to be interesting to see what the HS coaches were going to do but she could not tryout for a different medical reason.

She is not the healthest player. :)

We are all hoping when she is done growing some Issues will go away.

That is usually the case. Good luck finding a catcher and with your daughter's feet.
