11yo DD pitching video

Hope I can get this to work. The link is a sample of my 11yo DD pitching. Just some quick background on what she has been working on with new pitching coach. 1) arm circle goes behind back 2) internal rotation - just started last week focusing on this 3) to correct arm circle little to no back swing in windup. I would say arm circle is mostly in check and no backswing helped with that. In this sample it looks like she doesn't get open enough? Drag foot can be issue sometimes....drags side of foot or doesn't touch enough? What do you see? If you had to pick one or two things to work on what would it be? What is she doing well? Thanks for your advice!

I can't tell too much either. But, she doesn't look bad. I think you are on the right track, with what you are working on (Getting the hips and shoulders open.)

Get better video in a few days and we can help, more.

Tell her not to walk through the pitch next time you video. Seems like she's in a hurry to get back to throw again
