Hi, I'm trying to help my daughter work on her "drive", "leap" or push off the rubber with her pitching. Any effective drills that will help with this?

one suggestion that helped my DD was to only have her pitch into the net when she first learned the leap & drag. Its hard to concentrate on learning L&D if she has to worry about where the ball is going.

A simple one is to just mark in the dirt where she landed with her stride foot and try to beat it. You have to be careful that she doesn't overstride, so make sure it only counts if she maintains proper form.
