What RDP and RHC are talking about is the overlap...the load-into-the-unload...the pull-back of the hands against the hip turning forward...the wringing of the rag...

The action of the rear knee turning back over the rear foot isn't helping her achieve that.

I agree completely with this. My preference is to load "into" the rear leg, not "on top" of the rear leg.

Soccer season now but getting in a little work. Technical thoughts always welcome! Thanks

Try having her coil at the top of leg kick. Pull the top of the rear leg towards the 3B to start forward. This should happen as the ball is in the air - so off the tee she will have to visualize this.

This means she will have to completely shut down her shoulders and arms during the leg lift and have them react off the coil.

Basically mimic the right frame action

Nice to see her rear leg doing what it was 700 posts ago. Still think that was right then. Just keep working on delaying the hands (tip late, load those into lower half unload)

I agree w Ray and rhc. Lol. Eric she starts "on top" of her rear leg but when she actually fbc's she is inside and that's why her rear knee kicks back. It's correct. The separation against that is what's lacking as everyone has pointed out.
