u12 DD has some modest pain in forearm when she tries to throw hard. Seems to me, its related to her form, leads with elbow and then pushes the ball instead of getting on top of it. No pain outside of throwing. We know the issue, but anyone have any drill suggestions to work on this?

We used the Wasserman drills when mine was having elbow pain from throwing, especially the water bottle drill. It worked extremely well. She has more power and no more pain.
Agree with this 100%. At the end of last summer DD was complaining about forearm and elbow pain. Her elbow was a little low and she was pushing the ball a little bit. She took a few days off, then we started doing the water bottle drill and resumed throwing. Since then she throws harder and never complains about her arm hurting.
I've heard a lot about Wasserman drill and water bottle drill, but never seen examples. Are there any videos for both these drills? My daughter has a tough time getting a spin on the ball. Sometimes it looks like it wants to knuckle. She been complaining of pain in her elbow and bicep.
