I would think that if Arkansas wanted to compete in the SEC they would have tried to lure an established coach with a big reputation to go against the upper level teams on the recruiting trail.

Exactly, I have mine go between 3rd and home and read the play. As they get more experienced they will know better which way to go in a given situation
Because as she progresses into higher levels of play, the pitcher is going to be used to back up 3rd or Home. So why not teach this at a younger age so that it is second nature as the pitcher gets older?
First and third situation the runner from third always runs on a ground ball unless the infield is playing in. That mistake possibly cost them the WCWS.
If she gets thrown out at home Michigan still has a runner in scoring position with one out.
