    If all attempts with speaking to the coach have not helped then maybe speaking with the athletic trainer is in order. I know most middle schools do not have one but most high schools employ one.     Chinamigarden, Absolutely agree. Was curious to MTR posting of statement of " a RH batter cannot execuate a drag bunt,can only occur from the left side of the plate." Not that I disagreed, but was wondering why? Is there a rule prohibiting it?

    Lol. I understand what you are saying and you are correct about pulling the barrel back. Hand away from the hip towards first base will bring barrel of bat back. I do not advocate pulling back of the barrel.

    So my contention of of drag bunt on 2 strikes and it is fouled, should be an out is correct? My thought has always been it is the same as bunting with two strikes. I thought they were the same only one is stationary but neither are a swing by rule.

    I have been out of game for awhile and can not locate my forms for evaluating catchers that I had made up years ago. Anyone able to save me the time of doing this again and have a good one they can offer?

    What about ball hitting bat and the barrel of bat is field of play and knob is in foul territory. Does that impact the call at all?
