    I use these for my 10U team on offense - because I hate giving signs. I also bought mine from coachjwb. The girls love them.

    Lil one needs a real bat

    DD is about the same size - maybe 5 lbs heavier - and swings a 30/20 Xeno, last years model.

    My 10U practices (2x per week) are mandatory.

    IMHO, the parents don't belong at HS tryouts. I know when I was in HS all practices were closed to spectators.

    I have used texting for the past 3 years. It works best for my parents and is most convenient for me. I set up a group list through an app on my phone & send one text. At the beginning of the season I compile all player and parent information onto one excel spreadsheet. Everyone gets a copy...
