SEC Strike Zone Discussed by Announcers during MIZZ/BAMA Game
It has trickled down to the high school level around here. Last year on the athletic unions web site one of the main points was the strike zone was to be from the sternum to the knees. No one must have got the memo cause it stayed from just above the belt to the knees.- Joe Kraemer

Axis, Spin, and Tape
What method do you guys use to ensure the stripe is on ball correct in relation to the seams? Its a dumb question but I always seem to fight it.- Joe Kraemer

Looking for feedback on mechanics
She can throw a good drop and rise but can have some inconsistencies on the rise. She has good spin speed but fastball speed can be inconsistent and the ball wants to go high and right which i believe is from to much rotation of the body which was stated earlier. I wish we were in the mid 60's...- Joe Kraemer

Thanks for all the input so far guys. I really appreciate it. I notice she likes to turn her push off foot slightly. Do you think that could be a potential problem? If I remember correct in javas drive mechanics thread the push foot could have a slight turn and be ok. Yes I'm very proud of her...- Joe Kraemer

Looking for feedback on mechanics
Looking for some advise on what to work on or fine tune. I would like for her to get in a little better sprinters position on the drive. I think it would also be beneficial for her to bring her drive leg forward and finish more knee to knee. Any comments and criticisms are welcome just a bucket...- Joe Kraemer
