If you want your daughter to throw change ups, which she should, ask him to throw them first pitch of an at bat. Why just throw them at 0-2?- heavy

How about a thread/discussion for posting coaching changes?
I would think that if Arkansas wanted to compete in the SEC they would have tried to lure an established coach with a big reputation to go against the upper level teams on the recruiting trail. The way Auburn did with Clint Myers.- heavy

proper 'breathing' in pitching
I've never discussed breathing with my daughter. I'm pretty sure she does breathe when she pitches though- heavy

Just for clarification, There is not always a need for a relay person. There should always be a player in the cut off position.- heavy

Exactly, I have mine go between 3rd and home and read the play. As they get more experienced they will know better which way to go in a given situation- heavy

Because as she progresses into higher levels of play, the pitcher is going to be used to back up 3rd or Home. So why not teach this at a younger age so that it is second nature as the pitcher gets older?- heavy
