Sorry her drag foot was coming off the ground at push off. Both feet in the air at sametime. No contact with the ground with either foot her short period.- fastbat1

Anyone know of any good drills to get a pitcher to stop doing this? A pitcher on my daughters team was called for an illegal pitch this past weekend. Turning a corner?
I agree....sometimes it seems that my dd is stuck in the same place for awhile than BOOM, it all comes together!! I tell her "its not where you are at right now but its where you are going". Thanks for all the words of encouragement!! We have decided to let her pitch in the 14u league. She talked to her PC last night and he thinks she will do just fine. Makes me feel better hearing from you all and knowing that other girls have only gotten better for doing it!!- fastbat1

Whats your opinion
My daughters team is a true 11u team. My dd is a pitcher for her team. Coach wants to put TB team in a 14u winter league. So my question is this will pitching 43feet all winter mess her up with her release points when she goes back to 40feet??? Is this a good idea?? I have mixed feelings...- fastbat1

Moving from 10u to 11u
My DD just made the big move from 35ft 11inch ball to 40ft and 12inch ball. She was one of the better pitchers in the state as a 10 year old pitching 52-55mph.
