That's the way it is (or at least was) in Illinois. Once the HS season has officially started, no other softball. That includes something like co-ed slow pitch as well. Plus at least at our HS, you would only have an occasional Saturday off (Prom) and every Sunday. You either have a game...
Loyalty? This is a predominately travel softball board isn't it :) We know all about Loyalty here! Anyway, we do have a little loyalty to brands but aren't going to over do it with travel related credit cards.
We keep a few cards, Hyatt and IHG being two. You get a free night each year out...

I wished they allowed them to play in Illinois. We have a 7th grade SS who is currently getting interest from Oregon among others. While she wouldn't play SS on Varsity (current SS is a Sr. going Div. 1), they'd find a spot for her somewhere. Current Varsity team in ranked #5 in their class...
Yes, my daughter is going to play a few days with her old team. When I go by I will certainly wave and then say a prayer for the Fighting Illini....although it won't help.
Tell me about it. I sat through that "football" game
Just realized their next home game I get to miss because I'll be in St. Louis (I think). That will be an improvement.
