DD was cut again for 3rd year in a row
Hmmm,, well it happens in travel ball.. I can say this, when almost the same thing happened to us, we went on to find another team where the fit was much better. Morale in my player went through the roof..Much more fun for us!! I'll bet the same will happen for you also!! You will look back...- 1010

Well we will see,, thanks for all the posts. This forum is awesome.. I am going to chill and see how this works out. Considering all the options (other teams) this may still be the best option. Its so many teams that almost every team is mixed age. Not that, thats bad just saying. God will...- 1010

Yes thats what bothers me!! my kid having a year of kid pitch and playing with girls moving up from coach pitch.. J- 1010

Yes at the coachs facility, and no the coach does not have a player on the team. I will say this tho, most of the other team is off of another 02 team the broke up also.. It kinda has bad look to it ,, but I am trying not to think that the good ole buddy system is not at play here.. IDK..- 1010

The 1300 covers fall and spring tourneys and all the lessions. Yes she will be the primary pitcher,, as she was this past spring.. I was just thinking she needs to play with her own age to keep advancing..- 1010

The coach has a softball training business and teaches hitting and pitching,, The coach has worked (coached) for several colleage teams in the past. I don't think I could find a better coach,,- 1010

Tried out for a brand new team the other day. The coach is awesome and has a wealth of knowledge.. The coach had so many tryout they decided on two teams. Here is where the rub comes in.. The coach put all the more (team#1) experienced 02 girls on one team. The other team #2 is a mix of 03...- 1010
