Wall drill...

Swing out from your body not around your body. Keep the barrel on the "other" side of the wall as long as possible.

I built the wall out of pvc pipe. Only cost a couple bucks and it's pretty simple. I'd buy a couple extra elbows bc if the wall is hit they usually break first....
