No, I'm trying to document examples to better understand that type of mechanic and what the advantages or disadvantages are. I do see this type of drive leg movement in many of the men's FP pitchers I've watched. I believe the highly rated 2015 Florida commit, Kelly Barnhill throws this way.
Gotcha- I don't think there is much good about it to be honest. I think it is often (not always) accompanied by a replant, making this move a crow hop, so the advantage is that for those pitchers they get extra power.
