I'm working on this. I contacted the league President and he asked me for information on the year the league was created, what year Joe left the league, and who took over after him. Ray, if you know this information, please share. I believe it was Fred Siegel who took over but I still need the correct years. I actually had reached out two years ago to the league president as well and did not get a response. I came across this post today and it motivated me to give it another shot. I got a response within in an hour so hopefully it works out this time.
