I coach a high school aged rec team each fall... mostly girls who have played frosh/JV ball and who are still hoping to get some varsity time before their high school years are finished. I'm always a little surprised how girls who seem interested in the game and who have been playing for years seem to lack understanding of various, basic mental/situational stuff.
Like it or not, they all spend a lot of time on their smartphones, and I'm wondering if there are any good apps out there to take advantage of that fact. I've done some poking around and am wondering if anyone has experience with any of these:
