and got an email that they received claim but that it cannot be processed at this time. And to please call their 1-800 number between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. EST. I've been calling since 7 a.m. CST...first it said they were closed up until 7:20, then it said "Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to answer your call at this time. Please try again later."
