We used a landscape rake because they're cheap enough. We would drag the field by hand with it initially. It got rid of the larger ones. Anything smaller than a quarter had to be picked up by hand so every practice, the girls would show up 15 minutes early and walk the infield and pick up rocks. Took about 3 weeks.
