Through some advice on this board I decided to make the leap and order DD a custom glove from Vinci. The glove arrived and to my disappointment they made it in the wrong colors. When I called them to let them know without hesitation they indicated they would send out a new one. I wanted to thank the board for recommending a quality company and thank Vinci for being a stand up organization. You have a customer for life.

They sent you the wrong glove, and then they sent you the right one. What's stand up about it? Its called giving the customer what they paid for.

Not saying anything bad about Vinci, they make nice gloves. Just saying they really didn't do anything awesome or anything any other customer driven company wouldnt have done with the same type mistake.

Now if you said you ordered the wrong color glove and they took it back even though it was your mistake, and shipped you the one you really wanted with no extra cost or fees...then that would be above and beyond or very stand up.
