I concur with everything you posted. Emma had her first 14U tournament in the Pitch For The Cure. They played 6 games, and all were decided by less than 2 runs. Very few passed ball and very few errors. We played in the B tournament and did well, but think we could have played right there most of the A teams also.
Talk about the difference in size....you know Emma is around 5' tall and only about 85 lbs. soaking wet. One team we played was a second year team made up almost entirely of freshman. I think their smallest player was about 5'6" 140 lbs. I wish I would have taken a picture of her at bats. DD looked like a lollipop kid standing next to their catcher lol.
