Is she e-mailing coaches from schools she is interested in? If so (and from everything I read on here she should be) put the link in the e-mail.
- she needs to figure out where she wants to go next, ASAP.
--- make a list of schools, email the coaches with the video, and then CALL them a few days later to follow up (Wednesdays are usually the slowest)
--- send frequent updates on her schedule and results
- ask the JUCO coaches for help. They should be well-versed in getting players on to teams at 4 year schools.
--- ideally, they would have a prior relationship with the 4 year coaches and make a call on your DDs behalf
- reconnect with TB coaches and recruiting coordinator if there is one. They are likely talking to college coaches frequently.
- keep at it. This is like a job search, lots of work but it only takes one offer for success.

PS - candidly, the video is bit overdramatic. Maybe cut the music, show multiple swings rather than just a few HRs and show more fielding.
