Despite numerous signs warning drivers not to park on the first base foul line of one of the fields, several drivers did. We played 2 games on that field and her total was: (1) shattered windshield, (2) dented hoods and (1) cracked headlight (one of those cars where the plastic for the headlight extends up onto the hood).

Sounds like she needs to keep the barrel inside the ball. She also might want to consider asking local body shops for sponsorship.

These were all the same pitch, low and off the plate (if you are wondering how I know, I was standing behind the plate taping her at bats for review with her at home). On this pitch she has a tendency to drop her back shoulder, flatten her swing, reach for the ball and that results in her coming under and fouling off. Her pitching coach is working with her to: 1) lay off the out of the zone pitches and 2) maintain the bat angle through the swing. The hard part for DD is she can't feel what she was doing wrong and the video helps as we can slow it down and dissect each portion of the swing.
