I have been known to "yell" at my players from time to time , but I dont ever do it for errors , striking out , etc. The only times I get that upset are when I feel there is a big lack of effort or when a player isnt paying attention to what is going on. Sometimes in these situations , you have to get their attention. The girls I coach are not rec ball players. They are 14u TB players. Several of the girls have been with me for a few years. They know if I get loud with them , I mean business and they get their game back together.
