18-U ASA Sanctioned tournament: Runner on 1st and 2nd with one out:
A groundball is hit which nicks off the pitcher's glove. As the shortstop is approaching the ball, the runner on second hinders the shortstop's path to the ball by brushing against her while running. There was contact. The shortstop eventually recovers and grabs the ball, but she has no play at any bag. Does the pitcher hitting the ball negate interference being called? If the shortstop cleans the ball cleanly, she had a play at any bag.
