Almost every other rule set requires the pitchers shoulders to be inline with 1st and 3rd base. This motion is illegal in virtually every other rule set.

I see the leap, and I am not sure if she is landing within the 24 inch landing area, but those are not part of the goofy windup, just wanted to know if you saw something with that that made it IP in college.

No, like comp said every other ruleset the shoulder orientation is an issue. My understanding is that she had an injury at some point and adopted the motion while at Auburn. Saw video of her in HS and she had a normal motion.

Her leap is much less than most. If they called her on that, college softball would be in trouble. And what do the pitching gurus on this site think of her motion.

She is not a pitcher. She is a UT that can pitch. She only threw 10 1/3 innings with a 4.59 ERA. However, she did get 89 AB's and managed a .270 BAVG.

Yea, we concluded a few posts back I am an idiot. I decided not to delete the posts so others can have a laugh at my expense.

my bad, I really should have read the whole thread, hate when you think your at the end of thread but are only at the end of page 1.
