Yes, the CF5’s both years are still legal for USA/ASA.

The 2012 CF5 has a teal barrel in drop 10 and 11. The 2012 CF5 insane has an orange barrel. The 2013 CF5 has a white barrel. The 2013 CF5 insane has a red barrel. The 2014 CF6 drop 10 has a black barrel. The 2014 CF6 drop 11 has a silver barrel/teal handle, aka Sprite.

Yes, the teal CF5 (-10) is generally considered one of the best bats of the past decade. It was sometimes described as a leader in the barely legal market right after the prior class of ultra-hots were banned. A lot of them are still in service. I do not believe we have seen a more durable series of Demarinis since that one.
