Default Not softball related, but scarey.

This player needs to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for sucker punching a coach twice.

Absolutely. Being expelled from the school shouldn't be only be the only punishment.

My gosh, that is ridiculous. Coach should press charges.

Making it worse is the fact that the coach is not only their strength coach but also is basically the AD.

If he gets some mental help I would let it slide if I was not hurt too bad.

This is meant as a sincere question. What kind of mental health help do you think would be appropriate for a situation like this?

Would like to see more of the before and after. There's got to be something else going on here. Not that it would be excusable, but an explanation perhaps?

That is the first thing I thought when I watched the video also. What happened before he threw the punches. That being said I can't think of to many circumstances that would make sucker punching someone an o.k. thing to do.

It could be that nothing happened on the sidelines that would be so extreme as to "explain" why the player punched the coach. It could be the student was so use to responding to many different situations with violence that this was just another moment to respond that way. I still think the player should be arrested to determine if charges should be filed.

Then again, what do I know. I took two classes in Constitutional Law, and never another class in law.
