Locked Elbow Help
I have been working with my daughter for months now on "unlocking her elbow" I would appreciate any helpful tips to undo this mess! Pitching I/R help please
I am slightly confused with I/R. I have watched the videos and see that the top pitchers use this. My daughter is in her sixth year pitching,(13yr old) Taught by me a former D-1 pitcher. But I was not taught I/R, I was able to get up to 63 flipping my wrist to 2nd base and closing my hips...- BUBraves17
