wrist bands
What is the general thought on wrist bands? I see a lot of college teams using them when at bat as a way for coaches to communicate with players. I was thinking on getting them for my 16 u travel team. I think its a good way to make sure everyone is on the same page when on offense....- kpsdad

bullet spin....ugh! help please!!!
Any drills or suggestions? A recent problem that has popped up. Tried using a hockey Puck to work on more of a downward spin but she is just not getting it. When watching her throw it looks like she is rotating her hand / wrist " around" the ball Thanks- kpsdad

pitching speed around the US
Hi folks new to forum here. Finding a lot of good information. My daughter has been pitching since she was 10. We live all the way up here in Maine. She is a dominant pitcher in this area at the 14u level freshman in hs. Basically has three pitches fastball around 52-55 mph - dropball - and...- kpsdad
