Thank you very much for all of your reply's so far. To address Hal's reply, this coach doesn't have a daughter on the team but she does have obvious favourites (one of which is the third pitcher). I am currently having a huge problem on my team. This past week I was pitching in a game where absolutely nothing seemed to go our way. We made at least 10 errors on defence and had only 3 hits.
