    Are they banned in High School? Saw a girl use one Saturday. Umps checked the bats and didn't say anything. I have a nice 32/22 bp bat now.

    For that age group a 1B is amazing. My DD had a 30/20 in 10U. They just don't wear out at that age. I wouldn't waste time on a 4b. Hard to find and pretty spendy. They'll usually develop a wobble when they start getting hot and most umps will toss them for that.

    My DD has both the Freak Black and 2Legit and the freak black is weighted true like a LXT and the 2Legit is more like an Easton about an oz over. 2Legit was very fragile as well.

    I don't think there swinging the bats because they are cheaper. It's their profession (for what its worth) so why would they use something cheap or that doesn't perform. These girls are strong and don't need the two or four piece bats. I doubt they care about hand sting or need the flex that...

    Yes, all the ones I've seen between the FP11ST10's and FP11ST9's all had the new stamp. The ones before SSR3B's and SSR4B's didn't. You still see a few college girls with the SSR3B's.

    Being down 0-2 and earning a walk is always high up there. I have video of DD having a 4:25 at bat. 2 quick strikes then fouled a bunch off ended up with a walk after 11 pitches.

    I wouldn't buy either of those. Plenty of good bats out there. High School should be swinging -10 at least. Like a 32/22. Need more info, but if looking to buy something that will last buy some better then the two above you mentioned.

    12U Team Bat LXT vs. Mako

    My DD is swinging the 32" LXT. It's very nice. the Distance is there with any bat out there. I like that it's true to weight. they can be had for $200. Can't go wrong with either but we're happy with our decision. She's swung almost everything out there.

    just to clarify in case there is confusion out there, there is only one 4B... SCN4B = 4B - SRV4B = SRV4B. Both great bats. But yes, lots of great old school Easton's out there. I'd say the 6B is super hot as well as the FP11ST10 and FP11SY10.

    Try to find a 33" Easton FP11SY10 on the web. Should have the new stamp and be had sub $200. I have a used one but it is already spoken for. They are very nice balanced bats.
