I will hop in to add that, imo, you're doing the smartest thing by looking for a new coach now. Same boat as you! DD started HE and after months of frustration and no progress, switched to IR right before Fall Ball. Her coach went on an emergency leave and my DD just had to stop pitching...- Shickadelio
