I did see it used in early season NCAA softball tournaments/events.
Also certain travel organizations are allowing the Apple Watch style bands for all offensive and defensive players.

I have weighed with wrapper on and wrapper off new bats. Wrapper is usually 0.25oz. So subtract that from your total.

Not sure of your DDs height, weight or strength.
If smaller, Mizuno makes a drop 13 one piece that runs around $250 new.
But Demarini CF is probably the best overall choice for younger kids. Just a great balanced bat. Easy to buy used, easy to resale if needed to move up.

As a UK grad and huge fan of Coach Lawson and what she has done, congratulations to your DD. It’s a great university, she will get a top notch education and play with and against some of the best players in the country.

I’m partial to Nokona since they are made in the USA but they are very proud of them. My DD has a custom Nokona but I told her it would have to last 4-5 years. You can choose leather options that are softer and have a much easier break in period. Kangaroo leather isn’t cheap. [emoji23]

While replacing a handle is likely something that could have been done, trying to see which bat at the point was or wasn’t legal for NFHS would have been a problem all across the country.
A redesign on whatever wasn’t compliant along with a complete new barrel color and font design/paint job...
I will. Maybe do come cage work with it this weekend.
I would finally receive it at the end of fall travel season. My luck.

Around 150 throws (3) days per week. Not all throws will be full pitches. Many will be just arm circles or from the K/W position.
Lots of drills for stability with a 10U pitcher. Learning to throw with their core muscles engaged will really help with control.

Digging this one up from the depths, possibly getting a new ride and wonder what everyone else drives that hauls all the gear, tent, chairs, etc.
