Wristbands
I'm an old-school guy at heart, but I gave in to the wristband method a couple of years ago and have never looked back. Plus, as a 16u coach now, most of my players use wristbands in HS so the transition is just easier. Some even use the exact program we use. Easy peazy. As others have said...- Coach C-Dub

How many players are too many?
I coach a 14u team with 13 players, 4 pitchers, with 3 of the 4 having a primary position at a different spot. There are rare times when they are all 'on' and it can be a challenge, but most days I have a couple that separate themselves during pool play and will be the pitchers when we head into...- Coach C-Dub
