HItting a tire drill
You have understood the device correctly. It does spin very freely. When the older girls hit the tire (14 and up) it spins one or two full turns and yes the key is light resistance. It saves having to chase a ball too. I will try to post a photo or video so you can see it.- miller5kdcsg
