    So.....Peel or Roll-over....why is one better then the other?

    Based on the video, what I see is that the roll over drop is the opposite of the rise ball. Saying there is no such thing as a roll over drop is like saying there is no riseball.

    Chicken Winging

    In my opinion the forward lean is because she shortens her stride because she wants to get her hand over the ball to make it drop.

    I believe she is throwing an over the top drop ball and she is probably getting a lot of strike outs and ground ball with it.

    pitching circle problem

    My daughter played in a softball field that has the two pitching rubbers on the pitching circle. One rubber is at 40 feet and the other is at 35 feet. She had a hard time because she kept slipping when she landed on top of the second rubber. Our coach complained to the umpire about this problem...
